Payment
Online payments are processed securely using PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct PayPal payments. A PayPal account is not required to pay with PayPal.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (except for books).

Privacy
Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please un-tick the appropriate box when contacting us or make a note in the 'special requirements' box during the order process. You may also opt out of recieving emails at any time by contacting us. Please note that your financial details, for example, credit card details are never stored by us.

UK delivery 3 - 5 working days from date of dispatch.
Free UK delivery for orders over £7.00.

Normally, items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Availability
We take every possible measure to make sure that all items displayed on the website are in stock, if an item is out of stock but we can order it in for you, we will notify you of the expected dispatch times and give you the option to cancel the order for a full refund. If the item is unavailable, you will be notified and a full refund will be given.
Cancellation of orders
If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, a full refund is given.
Returns and Refunds
Unwanted goods may be returned in their unopened packaging within 28 days of receipt, to receive a full refund. However, you will have to arrange and pay for shipping yourself. We do not accept the return of opened goods.
